Montenegro Broadcast Journalism Workshop

I conducted a two-week program to develop strategies for local reporting and to allow participants to meet their United States professional counterparts. The workshop combined lectures with fieldtrips and a final project. It was sponsored by the International Broadcasting Bureau International Broadcasting Bureau's (IIB) International Media Training Center and hosted by the Iowa State University Greenlee School of Journalism.

The seven participants were all professional broadcasters employed either by Montenegro Radio or Television: Krsto Cabarkapa, Gojko Jovanovic, Vukoman Kljajevic, Nevenka Macan, Ljiljana Milic, Tanja Vorotovic, and Julijana Zugic.

The Program Assistant was Ivonne Martinez-Sheperd. The interpreters were Emese Purger and Dragoslava Vitolic-Djokovich.
